Figure 3: Model 1 is an initial cast from a patient in the control group. Model 2 is the follow-up cast from the same patient. It can be seen that the premaxillary segment on Model 2 has shifted to the right from where it initially was when they began treatment at the craniofacial clinic. Model 3 was taken pre-DynaCleft® therapy. Model 4 is after DynaCleft® therapy just prior to the patient's lip surgery. The premaxillary segment has moved centrally and been retracted to a more ideal position after wearing DynaCleft®
